Editorial
The Booksmith Group provides a complete range of editorial support, from concept development to writing, photography and graphic design. We employ award-winning writers, editors, designers and photographers from across the country to help you tell your story in an innovative and compelling way.

Production
The Booksmith Group manages the production of your book at every level, from pre-press services to printing and binding, to ensure the quality and timely delivery of your signature book.

Marketing
While a book is in development, we explore each client’s existing communications channels and create a customized marketing plan to help them maximize sales of their custom title. We assist in all areas of marketing the book, including development and design of publicity materials, direct mailing, public relations and event planning. We conduct geographic and demographic research in order to determine appropriate pricing and project sales for each book.

Fulfillment and Distribution
We receive and manage all of our customer book orders through three venues: the mail, our secure Web site and our customer service center. We provide warehousing and fulfillment services to ensure the timely delivery of orders. Customer satisfaction is our number-one priority; we will provide replacements for lost or damaged shipments if necessary.
